The Director of Operations (Director) is responsible for overseeing the internal operations and administrative infrastructure of The Nonprofit Institute (NPI) within the School of Leadership and Education Sciences (SOLES). The Director fosters a welcoming, healthy, inclusive, and values-aligned workplace that reflects the mission of NPI and the broader values of SOLES and USD.
Executive Assistant Staff, School of Leadership and Education Sciences 5304
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides complex and confidential administrative support and technical duties for the Assistant Dean for Innovation and Community Engagement. In a fast-paced office setting, the EA provides direct support to the Assistant Dean, Program Managers, and Project Collaborators. Serves as liaison for all SOLES students in the department, community members and constituents.
MFCDC Teacher Staff, School of Leadership and Education Sciences 5309
Under the supervision of the Director, the teacher, with a co-teacher, implements a developmentally appropriate program of education and care for children aged 2 through 5 in a full day setting. The teacher participates in all aspects of the program, including lesson planning, goal setting and evaluation, assessment of individual growth and development, and conferences with parents.
